This past week in a Circle of Friends, we had a powerful discussion about speaking your truth... even when your voice shakes! (A slogan for from the Obama campaign) The homework for this week was derived from one of the Don Miguel Ruiz’s agreements from the book, The Four Agreements. (Four Agreements is on file) The agreement that we chose to work with was being Impeccable with Your Word. For the next week, that means that we are working on being authentic, keeping our words, deeds, and actions aligned with our own desires and aligned with each other! Not so easy is it? August 1st meeting We are going to meet back on Friday, August 1st to talk about what happened during this week, sharing what our experiences have been. The topic for this meeting is Energy 101: we will talk about how the flow of energy works in both giving and receiving, and the implications of holding back in either manner.
